My air conditioning system stopped working in a heat wave. The company that installed the system and had been servicing it for a number of years stopped taking care of its customers and told me the system was working fine (when it wasn't) and the problem was mine. When I called Air One, Richard came out exactly as promised, spent several hours finding the problem and fixing it. He is terrific and Air One will now be the company I hire. Ruben came out for maintenance on my heater. There was a problem with one part but he came out the next morning and fixed the problem. Again, this company is terrific. Elfrid and Brittany came out today and installed new ductwork in my attic. They came on time, were very efficient and cleaned up everything before they left. I highly recommend this company.
